The Ajanta caves are one of India's most revered historical sites since they are home to numerous exquisite artworks and statues that reflect the country's rich cultural past. The cave, which is naturally utilised by Buddhist monks as a retreat, captures the tranquilly of Buddhism through its understated but magnificent art. The Bibi ka Maqbara, a stunning tomb of Rabia-Ul-Daurani aka Dilras Banu Begum, the wife of Mughal Emperor Aurangzeb, bears a remarkable similarity to the Taj Mahal. In honour of his wife, Bibi ka Maqbara was built by Aurangzeb in 1661. This exquisite structure was named after Aurangzeb's son Azam Shah, who was born in 1653, in honour of Rabia-ul-Daurani, who departed for her heavenly dwelling in the year 1657.

The monument is frequently referred to as the Taj of the Deccan and resembles the well-known Taj Mahal because this place served as the primary inspiration for its construction. The Bibi ka Maqbara was built to compete with the Taj Mahal, but as architecture and building proportions deteriorated, it became completely identical to the Taj Mahal in replicated form. By the way, this is one of the biggest buildings constructed under Aurangzeb's rule. The mausoleum is a well-liked tourist destination, and the monument, combined with the mountain ranges as a backdrop, creates something lovely.

The monarch was a devout follower of Lord Ram and sang beautiful songs in his honour. One day, Lord Hanuman came to stand close to the king. Hanumanji was enchanted by such lovely music and fell asleep (the Bhav Samadhi), thereupon the king begged that the devoted follower of Lord Ram remain for all time.Bhadra Maruti Temple, Khuldabad - Wikipedia
